The AI Professional Partner programme
A revenue share for trainers and consultants who introduce organisations to AI-MARS.
The AI Professional Partner programme is for AI trainers and consultants who already work with organisations (50 to 2,000 people). A partner introduces an organisation to AI-MARS, the organisation runs its census (using founding places until the 3,000 are taken), and the partner then shares in what the organisation pays afterwards. Nothing is paid on a founding-place census.
What the partner and the partner's clients gain
A partner's clients gain something the partner cannot give these clients alone – a profile that states which teams need training and which need something else, and a measurement (at four and twelve weeks) of whether the work changed.
In return, the partner gains a further service to offer existing clients, a share of the later revenue, and (once accredited) the delivery of the Training and Development packages to the teams whose profiles call for them.
How the programme works
An introduction becomes a paid share in four steps.
The partner introduces the organisation, the organisation runs its own census, and the census is scored and its data stored by us. The partner is paid when the organisation pays.
-
Introduce
The partner sends a client the partner's own link. The account is created through that link by an administrator at the organisation, and the organisation is recorded as the partner's introduction.
-
The organisation runs the census
The organisation names its business areas and sends one link to its staff, as any organisation does. The partner does not administer the census, and does not see a response at any point.
-
The profile goes to the organisation
The organisation reads its profile in the portal. Where the organisation agrees, the partner sees the same aggregates in the partner portal – and no more than those aggregates.
-
The partner is paid when the organisation pays
For two years from the first census, the partner receives a share of what the organisation pays us (later rounds, reports and the comparison set). The rate is set in the partner agreement.
The terms in brief
What a partner receives, what we ask, and the three rules that protect the measurement.
- The revenue share
- A percentage of what an introduced organisation pays us in the two years after its first census (later rounds, reports and access to the comparison set). A census that uses founding places is not charged. As such, nothing is paid on a founding-place census. Once the 3,000 places are taken, a first census is priced, and the share applies to that first census too. The percentage is stated in the partner agreement and is the same for every partner.
- Delivery of our packages
- An accredited partner may deliver modules from our Training and Development packages to the teams whose profiles call for them, and the split of the delivery fee is stated in the partner agreement. The measurement, the indicators and the evaluation at four and twelve weeks remain ours, whoever delivers the sessions.
- Accreditation
- One day with us (in person or online) on how AI-MARS is scored and read, the four conditions and their twenty sub-conditions, and what a profile can and cannot claim. Accreditation is renewed with each version of the instrument, due to the fact that the sub-conditions and the bands change between versions. Accreditation is a condition of delivering the packages, however it is not a condition of introducing organisations.
- What we ask
- That the partner describes the instrument as we describe it (no total score, four conditions, results by business area and never by person), that the partner's clients are told the partner will share in later revenue, and that the partner presents the census as AI-MARS, under our name.
The three rules
-
1
The partner never administers the census The organisation's own administrator creates the account, names the business areas and sends the link. The measurement has to be independent of whoever later delivers the remedy (ourselves included). Thus, the partner has no account on the organisation's portal and no part in the wording or the timing of the census.
-
2
The partner never sees a response A partner never sees a raw response. The partner portal shows the same aggregates the organisation sees (by business area, with any area under 5 responses withheld), only for the organisations the partner introduced, and only where each of these organisations has agreed.
-
3
We evaluate what the partner delivers Where an accredited partner delivers a package, the indicators are fixed before the work starts, and the measurement at four and twelve weeks is ours. A partner whose work moves these indicators has the evidence to show the next client. Where the indicators do not move, that result will be stated in our report to both the partner and the organisation.
The partner portal
The partner portal will show the partner's own introductions, the results of those introductions, and what is owed.
The partner portal will list the organisations the partner has introduced, the aggregates each of these organisations has agreed to share, and the ledger of the revenue share as payments fall due.
What a partner receives until the partner portal opens
Until the partner portal opens, each partner receives a monthly statement by email.
- 3,000founding places across all organisations, before the census is priced
- 2 yrsthe term of the revenue share from an organisation's first census
- 1 dayof accreditation before a partner delivers a package
- 0individual responses visible to a partner
Questions
Questions partners ask first.
Founding places are not charged. What am I paid on?
On what the organisation pays AI Enablement Labs – later censuses, reports, access to the comparison set, and a first census once the founding places are taken – for two years from the first census (the term and the rate are stated in the agreement). Nothing is paid on a census that used founding places. A fixed fee per completed first census is possible in the founding period; where it applies, the fee is stated in the partner agreement.
What if the profile says my client does not need training?
Then that finding will be stated in our report, and the remedy is one of the other three packages. An accredited partner may deliver any of the four packages, or refer the organisation to us. The revenue share is paid whichever package the organisation buys, and the revenue share is paid whether or not the partner delivers anything.
Can I run the census for my client?
No. The census is run by the organisation's administrator, due to the fact that the measurement has to be independent of whoever delivers the remedy. The partner may, however, help the organisation choose its business areas and word its announcement, and may go through the profile with the administrator.
Do I need to be accredited to introduce organisations?
No. Accreditation is needed to deliver the packages. A partner who only introduces organisations does not need accreditation.
Is the programme exclusive?
No, on either side. A partner is free to work with other measurement providers, and AI Enablement Labs works with more than one partner in a region. An organisation is recorded as the introduction of the partner whose link it used to create the account (the first link, where there are two).
Apply
Tell us who you work with.
Every application receives a reply within one working day. Where the applicant's work appears to suit the programme, the next steps are a call, the partner agreement and the partner's link.
