AI-MARS · launching 5 November 2026

A measure of how ready an organisation's people are to use AI, team by team.

AI-MARS is an 18-minute questionnaire for all staff. It scores each business area on four conditions for the use of AI at work (motivation, ability, role perceptions and situational support) and shows which of the four are below the target level. Training is then chosen from the organisation's profile (one module for each sub-condition below the target), and a second census a year later shows the change in each condition.

Six wooden peg figures on linen; the first, painted red, stands on the edge of a wooden rule laid flat like a first step.

Use of AI at work has run ahead of the governance and the training around it.

Register interest

The first 3,000 employees measured, across all organisations, are not charged.

Places are counted per completed census, whichever organisation the employee belongs to, and are used in the order in which censuses are booked; registering does not reserve them. Once the places are taken, a census is priced per employee covered, and Training and Development is quoted separately. Leave your details below and we will write on launch day with the link to book a census.

Who is behind it

Founded by AI engineers, psychometricians and industrial and organisational psychologists.
